When you voluntarily provide information through our website, FOLWYC uses your information to respond to your interest(s) and alert you to opportunities we think you may be interested in.

Our website is built on WordPress and hosted via Elementor. We use the following tools and forms to manage your data:

Donations

Friends of Lake Wenatchee Y Camp is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Transactions are processed securely through Give Lively, which utilizes Stripe for payment processing.

  • We identify donors and acknowledge receipts for tax purposes.

  • Donor names may be listed in organizational materials unless you request to remain anonymous.

FOLWYC utilizes Gmail for communication. To improve our website experience, we use Google Analytics to monitor website activity. This process collects anonymous data; no personally identifiable information is gathered through tracking.

Story and Photo Release Process

FOLWYC has received written permission from the Wenatchee Valley YMCA to use photos of the Y Camp facilities. Images of individual people, stories, and quotes are only used with a signed FOLWYC release form. We are unable to post images of individuals without a signed release on file.

Information gathered is safeguarded in password-protected databases and/or financial records. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and revoked when personnel leave FOLWYC.
